Your choice of gluten free sauces such as mushroom, pepper, dianne, red wine gravy, creamy chilli garlic, bearnaise or garlic butter may accompany your choice.
Seafood dishes include oysters, calamari, tempura prawns, barramundi, scallops and blackboard specials (from time to time swordfish). The beer battered chips are not to be forgotten! Vegetarian dishes include brushetta bread or cob loaf as a starter, vegetarian nachos, quiche, canelloni, tropical spinach candied pecan and parmesan salad, or the trio combo.
Other Main Courses include chicken schnitzel, parmigiana, as well as House Made Beef Lasagne. All main meals from the Chargrill are served with a slow roasted field mushroom, confit tomato, tempura onion rings (we call this our 'Stack'), and your choice of beer battered chips or creamy mashed potato .
