Offered is a varied menu comprised of all the favourites, with a specialty in premium quality beef "Kimberley Red", seafood and chicken cooked on the famous chargrill.

Steaks

Steaks for the connoisseur include favourites Eye Fillet, Porterhouse, Rump, Rib Fillet, TBone, BBQ Pork Spare Ribs, Lamb Cutlets or the chef's pick, Wagyu Rump - sourced from the finest Japanese genetics - this is a combination of the best breeds, pristine environment and careful rearing, resulting in exceptional balance of marbling (marble core 5 to 7+), tenderness and flavour. Your choice of gluten free sauces such as mushroom, pepper, dianne, red wine gravy, creamy chilli garlic, bearnaise or garlic butter may accompany your choice.

Kimberley Red

Kimberley Red - a red to remember : one herd, one landholder, one culture, one source. To elaborate on our source of beef brands, we choose Kimberley Red that is home grown on over 400,000 acres of prime cattle country in Central and Northern Queensland (close to our neck of the woods).

The cattle are 100% Bos Taurus derived from leading Angus and Belmont Red. At 2.5 years of age, cattle are polished for 100 days on a specially formulated diet including a mix of pasture from their grazing lands and higher energy sources to bring out the marbling expression and ensure the utmost in quality and consistency.

Seafood

Seafood dishes include oysters, calamari, tempura prawns, barramundi, scallops and blackboard specials (from time to time swordfish). The beer battered chips are not to be forgotten! There is no doubt the Reef & Beef is a most popular cuisine as KC's Grill & Bar lies between Queensland's Outback cattle country and the Great Barrier Reef.

Vegetarian

Vegetarian dishes include brushetta bread or cob loaf as a starter, vegetarian nachos, quiche, canelloni, tropical spinach candied pecan and parmesan salad, or the trio combo.

Other Main Courses include chicken schnitzel, parmigiana, as well as House Made Beef Lasagne. All main meals from the Chargrill are served with a slow roasted field mushroom, confit tomato, tempura onion rings (we call this our 'Stack'), and your choice of beer battered chips or creamy mashed potato . Extras include side salad or side vegetables.
